I will admit it that despite how much I complain about being cold, I love this time of year. Today after church we had a fire going, I made Italian chicken, rolls, cinnamon rolls and cheesy potatoes, oh and malleted apple cider. It was such a cozy stress free evening and even though I spent about from the time that I got home from church till about about 7:30, and I loved every minute!!

SUMMER SUMMER SUMMER

It finally feels like summer is here! Yesterday (Saturday) we finally had a day that felt like summer had arrived! We went to the West Bountiful parade and got a TON of candy and then Malyna had a lemonade stand in the front yard with her friends Rylee and Jakob. Malyna was so excited to do this because Curious George had done one and so she bought all of the stuff with her own money, she even made her own posters! It was so cute! The kids would go and stand on the rocks when a car would come and hold up their posters and yell "please stop" They made a total of 7.21. Great job kids!! Then we went to fireworks at West Bountiful Park. What a day.

A Special Thanks To Our Daddy-

We love every thing about our dad. We love that he reads all night long, that he wakes up in the night with the girls, that he trys to love every part of dress up no matter how many dresses that Malyna might wear in one hour. The best thing about our dad is that he is ALL OURS!! Even though being among all women he has had to sacrifice a lot of guy habit, he never complains. He is so smart, and I mean SO SMART!!! There is nothing about our dad that we would not change. Thanks Josh for being a great husband, friend and father!! I love you!!

P.S. For father's day Malyna colored a tie for him that he wore to church and we made him his favorite Parmasen Chicken, he also got a book and the DVD series of Breaking Bad!! Next is his birthday in 3 days!!

This week has really been fun for us! Josh's work did a family day at Boondocks and then on Sat we went to antelope island! We feed birds there and played around it was fun and relaxing.

Preschool Graduation!! Malyna had her last day of preschool today! It was so fun. This year has been a good year. Her teachers Miss Debbie and Miss Ashley were GREAT!!

MOTHERS DAY!!!
I want to thank all of the cute people in my family that made me have such a wonderful Mother's day! First Josh's parents called from their Mission in Sweden. Then we went to my parents church and then as soon as we got home Britton my brother called from his mission in Boston. But I got beautiful flowers picked out just by Malyna, scripture case, earrings, pearls. Best of all Malyna wrote her name and Myleigh's name on the card all by herself!!! Probably the best thing that I got!!!!!!

I had to get my wisdom teeth out on Thursday. It came as a suprise. I was going into dentist to have some fillings filled and they decided to do wisdom teeth. Ha I thought that I was going to do it next month. My dentist did a great job and I even went to work later that day! Luckily I have an office so I am not up front!

YIKES!! I am finally posting Easter! We had a real fun Easter. Josh was out of town Friday and Sat night that weekend so my brother Derek and his wife Heidi came with us to do Easter Egg Hunts! Man did we score!! We had a busy Sat morning and had a great time. Then on Easter morning we had a little FHE about EASTER just the 4 of us and watched a movie and then got easter baskets. Then Josh's parent Skyped with us and we talked to them. Well long story short we did egg coloring, egg hunts, baskets, dresses!

Ok so this is more for my sister Marie!! Today I was at Dick's Market Place and they did a gave away for the movie and you had to know the full name of Edward. I of course have not even seen the movie but she on the other hand has seen it about as many times a I have seen High School Musical!! So I called her and she did know the full name, for those of you who don't know he has 4 names!! Anyways I won the movie but I really think that she deserves it so I am going to watch it with Josh tonight (for the first time) and then give it to her!!

Hey I am wondering if there is anyone that would be willing to watch my kids. My sister usually watches them but she is soon going to be moving to Eagle Mountain and so that just wont work out!! I would need some one every other Tuesday from 10-4 and every Wed-Fri 12-4. My girls are easy kids and My sleeps for half of the time!! So if you are able to help me out PLEASE let me know. Oh it probably wouldn't be til May. I am not sure exactly when she is going to be moving.

Yes I know it sure has been such a long time since I have even posted anything!! Things have just been so busy. I know like anyone's life isn't!! So here is what we have been up to the last few weeks...

Malyna is going to be starting violin. Who know that there was so much homework in just getting started. She is so excited!!

We went to the safety kids fair a couple of weeks ago. If you have never been I strongly recommend it! The kids always love it. This was the second year that we went and it is fun and best of all FREE!!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!

This year for Valentine's Day we had my sisters kids and I make it a hunt for the loot! On these cards I wrote messages.

1-Roses are red Violets are blue, now go and look where we keep stinky shoes!(Mud room), 2- Roses are red and you'll soon see, that you like to watch me (Downstairs TV) 3- Roses are red for a boy who is old, I keep things cold(Fridge) I know that that one sounds dorky but it rhymed! 4-Roses are red, girls you three you'll see yourself inside of me(front hall mirror) 5-Roses are red go and look under an orange and white bed. (Josh and I bed). It was a lot of fun and now the kids are hiding the cards and making a hunt of their own

So many of you know that I broke my nose last Tuesday. Well I finally went to the doc on Monday and so then on Tuesday (yesterday) he did surgery on it and well now I have a cast on my nose...

On Saturday we had a girls night. Malyna, Marissa and I, we did face, hair, finger nails, toe nails. And boy was it fun. We sent Josh off to a movie and put My to bed and we watched The Prince and I and had fun!!!

So Here is how my Friday went...during the game I had to go and get Marissa because she called and said that her car had gotten stuck trying to get here. So I went to go and get her(Which I should have had Josh do)and I slid down a hill and hit the curb and "blew out the side wall of my tire"(I have never heard of that phrase before this evening!) and I didn't know that it had happened and until a guy flagged me down and told me and then offered to help and that took a long time because first off the jack was stuck in my car and then it wouldn't pump up the car, or whatever. Then this guy across the street came over with a better jack and helped and then it was done in no time. So thanks to those two strangers for helping me! Mind you when I was going to go and get Marissa I was not planning on getting out of the car and so I wore sandals and no coat. Then I pulled out and Josh said not to go up 3300 South again so I drove along Orchard Drive and I turned onto a street that I thought I knew and got LOST!! Can you believe it?! So I followed this road and it came to a T and I turned and slid into some one curb and onto the grass. So now I was stuck and I didn't want to go too fast forward because a phone poll was in front of me and I didn't want to go too far back b/c of their mail box. So I tried and tried and tried and could not get unstuck, Josh couldn't come and help me because he just had his car which fits 5 and we had Marie's kids and that equals 6. Pluse remember I had no idea where I was at this point. LOST AND STUCK...What is a girl to do? So I put on my hazards and waited basically and someone stopped and asked if I needed help and I through my tears said YES PLEASE, it was almost a beg. He asked where I was headed and I told him Bountiful BLVD. and he went and talked to his wife and came back and told me to move the passenger side and he would drive me home and his wife would follow. Usually I don't just let strangers in my car, but it was that or sleep in someone's front yard that night. So I did and it took him a few minutes to get unstuck and he drove me home!! So THANK YOU to the many strangers that helped me on Friday nights Storm. When I got home the kids said that they all prayed for me and that they were glad that I was home safe.

But on a better note here are the kids faces for the game! GO UTES!!

Christmas was just so much fun this year! It was really busy but as always a great season of the year. The weekend before Christmas we went and delivered blankets to widows in the valley all were in Salt Lake. It was a great experience, one of the ladies said that her husband died and she had no kids and so she would have no visitors. When we were there she said she was sorry that the tv was on so loud, but that it helped with the loneliness, sad hu? I couldn't even imagine how she feels. I had Marie's kids with me and it was their idea to sing a Christmas song to the ladies, and they did it was cute they loved. But then santa came!! It was great this Christmas was alot of fun!! I know that many of you may not believe this but I actually kept a Christmas secret from Josh, he had no idea what he got but he loved it!! It got a GPS for those who do not know. And Malyna got a Princess Camera She loves it! The Megapixles are like that of a camera phone so not the best pictures, but here are some!!

So you know how it is so hard to find the PERFECT hair dresser...well for all of you in search, I have found the perfect one. His is very experienced, his prices are resonable, he is avaliable all day long, except during karate on Tuesdays and Thursdays(Hey he needs another hobby other than hair!) He can be on call, will work in any room. oh and by the way he is my six year old nephew!! Yes he cut Malyna's hair while it was in piggie tails! Luckily he did not cut the whole pig tail off or else you might be reading an obituary. But yes as I mentioned above this is not his first job. He has chopped his sisters, and also the day that he did Malyna's he made a triangle in the middle of his hair line right on his forehead!! Pictures soon to come. Ok so I went SHOPPING!! I got up at 2:45 and was out of the house by 3 AM I then went and got Marissa and we went to Walmart where we got there at about 3:30 and the store did not start their sells until 5 am but you could still go in the store. So we went in and scouted out our finds and then when it did turn on we divided and conquered and we were out of the store at 5:06 am! Nice hu?! Then we went to Smith's Market Place and I don't even think that we got anything from there( that time) and then we went to Michaels and got a few things, and then we went to Target and got MOVIES and Hi to everyone that I ran into there! That was fun!! Then we went to Smith's again because I totally forgot that the reason that Iwas going there was for those digital converter boxes. So then I left and I was home by 8:30 about the time that all of my family was getting up.. so now I am so TIRED and it is 10pm GOOD NIGHT!!

Ok so here is the thing...UTES WILL WIN!! I am a huge college football fan and I am a bigger fan for the Utes! Though I will not try to even predict the score, this much I know. I will be watching the game by myself and 4 other children, so if anyone wants a fun night let me know and you are more than welcome to hang out with me!!! Josh has to travel tomorrow, which he is way bummed about missing the game. Here is a treat for my work, all week long it has been a friendly competition and I said that I was going to make red and blue cupcakes, but instead I made just red ones as you can see, with a note that says, eat one if you are sure that the utes will win!!

Okay so I am thinking that because of thanksgiving I would let you all know how appreicative I am for my girls! Right now it is 9:30 in the morning and they are both still asleep which is so not like either of them. (they are both not feeling very well). But it gives me time to sit in a VERY quite house and reflect on how they really do keep me so busy. I don't remember a morning this quite and it is kinda boring. I love the impact that they have on my life and the little tender mercies from the Lord that they show me everyday. I am the luckiest mommy in the whole wide world!! I love you Malyna and Myleigh!! Wow what a week Last week was for us!Halloween is more like a week of celebrations! Well last Sat. we had the Rosevear Family party. Which was tons of fun we did an 80's theme. Then on Monday we carved pumpkins with Josh's sisters and their kids and Marie and her kiddies.

Then we had a ward trunk or treat on Thursday. I dressed up as Incrediables which was to fun. We passed out glow sticks and the kids loved it!

Then came Halloween Night. First off we went to my work and sort of did some trick or treating. Let's just say that we caught people off guard and we ended up with caltine crackers in the bucket! Then we went to Josh's work and his work had a fun acwhere they had a real fun trick or treating activity planned. Then we met up with my sister and went to Dick's Market Trunk or Treat. Then we went to my grandparent house and showed them the kids costumes and then we went to Carol's house and then we went to my parents house and did their neighborhood, and THEN we went to Marissa's house and got cotton candy and then her mom took Malyna around to a couple of houses on their street!

Ok so it has been almost a month since i have posted anything!! No I have not fallen off of the face of this Earth!! I have been busy busy!! I have canned over 70 jars of Grapes and now I am just getting ready for Halloween. So we have finally come to a conclusion of what Malyna will be dressing up as.... Drum roll please... Belle!! and My is still a lady bug! Tomorrow is our Halloween party and so I will post pictures of them as soon as I take them!! I have also been slacking of the computer because there were mice in the house and they were in the study where the computer has been and so it has only been since this week that I will go in there and STAY in there by myself. yeah I know I am a wimp, but I am ok with that. Last Monday we went to the State Fair with Josh's siblings and their children for FHE. It was tons of fun. Malyna and Myleigh touched the snake. Not really my thing, the kids got to ride on ponys, and they got to see and pet alot of animals. The fair is always fun! Oh and Britt and Marissa came with us too!!

FAMILY FIRESIDE
To start off, all month our ward has been handing out fliers every Sunday about this family fireside that was going to be on Sunday and that you were supposed to prepare a song and a treat. Well I thought to myself that it would be crazy to have every family preform a song. But whatever I am not one that questions priesthood leaders much. So then today the flyer was in the program again and then a member of the bishopric stands and says that the Stake Presidency wants the fireside moved to your home and that it will still start at 6pm and that you will need to be on time and what you did at that point was really up to you. So what we did was made collages of all of our family members, Malyna played and ate glue while we did this and Myleigh tore apart magazines but overall it was tons of fun. So here are the results!!

Well Yesterday (Friday) my brother Britton received his mission call, he will be serving in Boston Mass. He leaves Oct. 15th. This is real exciting. As many of you know Josh's parents left for Sweden Aug 1 and so having all of this mission craze is so much fun. I am excited for him. Congrats bud!!

AFTER THAT WE DECIDED TO HAVE GOOD OLD KFC AT THE PARK! THEN WE STAYED THERE FOR AWHILE AND THE KIDS PLAYED ON THE BOUNCE HOUSES, OF COURSE AND WE ATE COTTON CANDY. THEN WE WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO THE SCHOOL AND WATCHED TO FIREWORKS!! THE KIDS LOVED THEM. I THINK THAT THE BEST PART OF THOSE, ARE WATCHING THE KIDS REACTION. FOR INSTANCE, MYLEIGH, WHO IN HER WHOLE LIFE OF ACTIVITY NEVER EVER SITS STILL, BUT FOR THIS SHE DID NOT MOVE, SHE JUST LAID ON MY LEGS, WATCHING THEM AND NEVER CRIED! ON FRIDAY I GOT UP EARLY LIKE 6AM AND RAN THE 5K FREEDOM RUN. I DIDN’T PLAN ON RUNNING WITH ANYONE, BUT WHEN I WAS THERE I RAN INTO MY GOOD OLD FRIEND MELANIE!! SHE AND I RAN TOGETHER SIDE BY SIDE AND IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! THANKS MEL YOU ROCK!! IT WAS FUN TO RUN ACROSS THE FINISH LINE! JOSH AND THE KIDS WERE THERE TAKING PICTURES OF ME, THEY ARE AWESOME CHEERLEADERS!! THEN OF COURSE CAME THE PARADE! IT IS SO MUCH FUN TO SEE THE KIDS GET ALL OF THAT CANDY, BUT NOW WHAT DO I DO WITH IT?!!?!! THEN AFTER THAT WE WENT TO SEE THE MOVIE HORTON HEARS A WHO. THAT WAS SURE A CUTE MOVIE. WE DIDN’T TAKE MYLEIGH AND SO WE TOLD MALYNA THAT IS WAS HER SPECIAL DATE WITH JUST MOMMY, DADDY, AND HER. NOBODY ELSE! WELL THEN AFTER THAT WE HAD A BBQ AT MY GRANDMA’S WHICH WAS ALWAYS FUN, BUT HERE’S A TIP, IF YOU ARE GOING TO A BBQ AT MY GRANDMA’S MAKE SURE THAT YOUR MEAT IS DEFORSTED FIRST!! OKAY SO THEN WE WERE GOING TO GO TO THE DAVIS HIGH FIRE WORKS, BUT WE WERE ALL POOPED! SO INSTEAD WE HAD DEREK, HEIDI, BRITTON AND AMY OVER AND WE DID OUR OWN FIREWORKS. WE HAD A FUN TIME. SO THEN IT WAS TIME TO GO TO BED AND I WAS SOOOO TIRED! I CRAWLED INTO BED AND TURNED ON THE TV AND THE NEWS WAS ON. I WAS SO CONFUSED AND SO I LOOKED OVER AT THE ALARM CLOCK AND IT SAID 10:05 PM. I WAS SO SURPRISED, THIS HAD TO GO DOWN IN HISTORY AS THE EARLIEST THAT I HAD EVER GONE TO BED ON THE 4^TH OF JULY. WELL THAT’S MY STORY AND I CAN’T WAIT TO HEAR ALL OF YOURS!!

Today is our FAVORITE Josh's Birthday!! 32 and still young! I am so grateful for Josh and all that he does. He always inspires me to be a better person. I love to laugh with him. Yesterday We all went down to Grandma Shirley's horses.(Grandma Shirley is a lady that I work with and Malyna has always called her Grandma Shirley). They had a two week old pony and it was so fun, we took them carrots and had a great time!! I am glad because in Aug we are going to another one of my friends ranch in Wyoming and I was worried that Malyna may be scared but I guess not!

Even Myleigh LOVED the horses!

So for Family Night, our family, Josh's sister Mindy and her family and his parents all went out to the Salt Lake cemetery and went and visited the grave of the Prophets and it was so neat, there was a very special spirit there and I found out that Hunter and Kimball are both right by my Grandparents. But of course going with children eventually always becomes entertaining and so there was a family that was ahead of us that was putting white roses on the headstones of the Prophets and when we got to Joseph F Smith, his headstone was like 7 ft long on the ground and so the children took turns laying on it holding the rose.

WHAT A DAY!!

Well this morning when I left for work I saw that my gas light was on. I being the optimist Thought that I would be able to make it to Marie's house in Kaysville and back to Centerville. To get to the bank with fumes to spare. Well on my way back down to Centerville my car started to putter every time that I stepped on the gas and then as I pressed it down it started to go slower. Quickly I knew that I was in trouble and so I pulled over to the side and started to slow down and by this point I was worried, What the heck was my next move!! Then I see a cop car in the middle of the freeway, and he came to my aide. Now when he came to the window he asked what was wrong and when I told he that I was out of gas and had no idea what to do, he has" oh is that all". How dare he minimize my trauma like that. He called Incident Management , who came and put enough gas in my car to get off of the freeway. By the time he was done my gas light was still on. So I pulled away and went to the bank and then to the gas station. Oh the reason why I had to go to the bank was b/c Josh had the debit card and gas stations don't give gas out on a loan basis. So through all of the tears and shaking, I did learn the lesson that Josh has been trying to teach my for 4 years now. DON'T DRIVE IF YOUR GAS LIGHT COMES ON.

My New Job!!

This morning I did something that is hard to believe, but I plunged a toilet for the first time all by myself!!!! So with my instructor on the phone, (Josh) and my cheerleader by my side (Malyna) I was able to get through this event. Now don't you all worry, your jobs are safe. I think that I will leave it to the professionals(Josh)!!

ok so these are truly the days of our lives! Two days ago the kids found a dead snail,(kids meaning Zack, Jaz and Malyna) and I thought that they had got rid of it. Then yesterday Malyna was playing in the gutter and she was making a castle and when I asked her for who, she went and got the snail and packed it in the middle and I mean PACKED it. Gross but she had fun!

Spring Time Is Here!

Okay so for the first time I have decided to take up the art of gardening. So wish me luck! Anyhow, I have never done this before, so I started simple, I did a flower arrangement in a pot that I got from Carol, and then I also did cilantro and that I was told by my trusty sister in law to do in a pot because it tends to take over. Lastly I planted some tomato plants, only 2 for now. So I will post pictures of these babies progress!

Okay so we did it! We went on the Frontrunner!! On Tuesday we took Marie's kids and our good friend Jasmine and we left from Woods Cross and went downtown and so this is a picture of us waiting for the train to come for us. Boy were we anxious!!

So the train did finally come and so start our crazy adventure!

When we got downtown Malyna's flip flop fell off and we have to wait about 15 minutes for the train to move before we could get and and so this is a picture of us waiting and taking pictures! (talk about using our time wisely). Then we were able to get her shoe, yeah for the first episode... Then we being the smart ones, walked all the way to the gateway with three children and a baby and a pregnant girl! Later we found out that we could take the trax for free. It was at least 1 mile, man am I glad that I was not a pioneer, I don't think that I would have been a very patient mommy then. The reason that we went to the gateway was so that we could go to Ben and Jerry's b/c they were handing out free ice creams today. As we walked to the door, they put up a closed sign! It was like in the movies, I think that any other time I would have asked the store, but I was too tired. So we went to the food court and had ice cream for good old McDonalds! That is when we found out that we could ride trax back to the train (blessing in disguise) Then we got on the train and Malyna was too tired to be there at that point and there were so many people that we were in the aisles and the kids were sitting on the stairs. Good Sports!

So as you can see Zack loved it at this point. Overall I am glad that we went, it was a good experience and I think that the kids enjoyed riding on the train

Yeah for the Police!! On Friday we went out for dinner and we locked the keys in the car, so we called the police station and they came and unlocked it for us! It was pretty silly if you ask me, but usually they dont do it unless there is a pet or a child in the car. Must have been a slow night!

OK, so I think that I have one of the funniest kids on Earth! Yesterday we went to the hospital to visit Grandpa Steve and when we were in the hallway Malyna saw a nurse and asked her if she was the Doctor and then asked her if Malyna was going to get a poke or an squeeze (blood drawn or arm cuff, for blood pressure) you see these are things that she does on a regular basis and she hates it. Then she told Grandpa that he was being a good boy while the nurse was helping him. She sure has a good heart! I love being a mom!!

So we went to ladies night at Desert Book today, and boy did we have a fun time! I won a puzzle of the"Saints Crossing The Mississippi River" and I know that kinda sound dorky, but I love puzzles, so I am excited, the only problem is that they keep me up at night... We will have to see. Malyna was a hit at the party though, she made friends with one of the girls that was annoucing prizes, and so she let her talk in the microphone she was so dang cute, I wish that I had taken my camera, she keeps saying, "lets party girls!!" How cute is she.
